We're Idyllic. A strategy-first creative agency, mostly Taranaki-based, and we're growing.
We need a digital marketer (you!) who is a whizz in the marketing space. Meta ad spend, real budgets, real results, and meeting clients.
What you'll actually be doing
Planning, building and optimising Meta campaigns end to end: audiences, budgets, creative testing, retargeting, the lot
Owning ad spend across client accounts and being accountable for what it returns
Running the wider digital mix: SEO, social, email marketing, Google Ads, guerrilla marketing, and whatever else the job calls for
Briefing our creative team on ad concepts, then testing them until you find the winner
Reporting on performance in plain English, so clients know exactly what their money did
Being the kind of person who sees a gap and fills it, rather than waiting to be asked
You might be the one if
You've spent real money on Meta and have the results to prove it. You know your way around Ads Manager, the Pixel, conversions API and what a healthy CPA looks like in your category
You can write a compelling ad and brief a paid media campaign without breaking a sweat
You're spilling with ideas and passion for the industry
You have opinions about good work and aren't afraid to share them constructively
A strong understanding for the Social Media world (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Tiktok)
You're in New Plymouth, or keen to be.
