• Independently manage and corporate private cash flow lending of bespoke commercial credit investments across structured credit, asset-based lending, and specialty finance.

• Monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and recommend proactive credit actions or mitigants.

• Interface extensively with Front Office, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams throughout the investment lifecycle.

• Perform ongoing monitoring, including borrower financial analysis, cash-flow modelling, collateral analysis, and covenant assessment.

• Prepare presentations and dashboards covering transaction structure, credit risk assessment, downside scenarios, financial projections, and investment recommendations.

• Responsible for periodic valuation support and performance analysis of assigned investments, in coordination with Valuations and Accounting teams.

• Support amendments, waivers, refinancing, and restructurings as needed in collaboration with other teams.

• Taking ownership of complicated assets and complex analyses, while overseeing and training team members and support analysts.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with the ability to think broadly about the business, incorporating continual improvement of processes and procedures with a goal of excellence, while focusing on accuracy and efficiency.

• 7-8 years of experience in commercial credit, structured finance, private credit, or asset-based lending, with meaningful exposure to complex deal structures.

• Strong fundamental credit skills, including financial statement analysis, cash-flow modelling, collateral valuation, and covenant analysis.

• Solid understanding of loan documentation and credit agreements, with experience working on deal execution, amendments, and credit documentation.

• Exposure to diverse asset classes and industries preferred.

• Ability to clearly communicate credit views through well-structured memoranda and presentations.
